Step 1: Put one hand into the stocking, grasp the heel pocket and turn the stocking outward to that point.

Step 2: Pull the stocking over the heel and foot.

Step 3: Pull the stocking up to the thigh in sections little by little.

Step 4: Smoothing the fabric slowly-would be better if there are gloves.
